The company seems more concerned with churning out content than fostering a positive work environment for its writers. I wouldn't recommend this job to other writers. The unrealistic expectations and lack of support make it an unfulfilling and stressful experience. Look elsewhere for opportunities that value quality, collaboration, and work-life balance.
