The internal culture of my team is defined by suspicion and hostility toward newcomers. The work environment is characterized by micromanagement and blame-shifting. Team leads are inexperienced, often lacking logic and professional competence, and tend to be dismissive of practical suggestions. Feedback and evaluations are frequently manipulated at the discretion of managers, undermining fairness and transparency.
