-Was fun when I started two years ago, but it's awful now -Immediate managers are knowledgeable and smart but blocked constantly by upper management

Cons

-CEO is scrambling around and changing so many things then not giving anything time to work -CEO doesn't trust his own people to make decisions but his ideas never work -Toxic, toxic, toxic with too much competition -So hostile I was constantly ill

Pros

Been here over six years and have grown a lot within the company. Clear goals and standards, good performance is rewarded, creativity is rewarded, The actual work is fun and interesting. Management actually cares about employees and their lives (incredibly helpful when my daughter was in the ICU and I needed special accommodations and understanding).

Cons

High standards, strict deadlines, must meet performance goals.
