The CEO was kind, approachable, and seemed genuinely invested in the well-being of employees. The mission of the company is meaningful, and there are people there who care about the work.

Cons

My experience was severely impacted by the HR manager at the time. She was pleasant during the first few days, but her attitude shifted quickly, becoming unprofessional, impatient, and at times aggressive. There was little to no training. I was handed an SOP that was incomplete, and expected to pick up systems and procedures without explanation. When I asked for help, I was met with sighs, eye rolls, and a condescending tone, which created a hostile work environment. As a new hire, it felt unsafe and unsupportive, ultimately leading to my decision to leave.

We truly wish these concerns had been brought to the attention of other members of senior management while you were with us, so we could have addressed them appropriately. Since then, our current HR team and new HR Manager has implemented structured processes, detailed SOPs, and a comprehensive training program designed to ensure that new hires are fully supported and set up for success from day one.
