Regarding the concerns you've raised, we take them seriously and are always working toward improvement. We apologize if you experienced delays in response times from HR, and we understand how crucial timely communication can be. We're constantly striving to streamline our communication processes to provide better and more efficient support for all our employees.
As for the time-off policies, we aim to strike a balance between supporting our employees and meeting the needs of the business. However, excessive time-off requests and cancellations affect not only the business but also the clients, children, and families we serve. Ultimately, everything we do is focused on supporting our clients and helping them become as independent as possible. If excessive time off impacts our clients and the implementation of their doctor-prescribed programs, we must prioritize what’s best for their overall development.
Regarding drive times to clients with no compensation, this statement is actually incorrect. We do compensate for both the mileage between clients and the time spent driving. Additionally, during your initial interview, we discuss and confirm the cities you are comfortable commuting to, which is what your driving radius and commute to clients is based upon.
Finally, and most importantly, CSH truly values its employees. We couldn't make the impact we do in the lives of the families we serve without the dedication and hard work of our team. Our goal is to help each employee grow and become the best clinician they can be, not only for our clients but for their own personal development as well. We are always the first to recognize and appreciate the vital work our therapists do and the meaningful impact they make each day.
