Thank you for your feedback. Here at CSH we value communication and support for our Behavioral Therapists above anything else. Our supervisors are there for any questions through multiple line of communication (phone, teams, email, etc.) As for cancelations, they do happen in this field, and we are fully transparent about what that looks like from the interview process through training. However, we do have a policy of when our clients have multiple cancelations to make sure we take care of our employees and assign them to other/another client to make sure they can have a more consistent schedule.
