My experience here has been nothing but positive. From the top down, they want their employees to succeed and grow. I like the people and the positive vibe I get when I come into work every day. Some days are more challenging than others, but I always know that the people I help will work with me in a positive way to overcome any obstacle. I can see that the procedures I have implemented, with the encouragement of my boss, have made a difference in how this company runs.

We, at Creative Solutions for Hope, want all of our staff to succeed in their roles and provide extensive oversight and support to help each employee thrive and grow within the company. We are always looking to improve our company trainings and are currently training all incoming therapists across the BACB (the Behavior Analyst Certification Board) RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) task list, which encompasses each section required by the board for all employees providing behavior analytic services, with a minimum of 40 hours of clinical training.
