Thank you for your feedback. As you indicated in your review, Crescent transitioned to a different software system. As with any major changes, there are nuances that take time to sort out. Some of the concerns you’ve raised, like “poor stock”, are items that management is aware of. Crescent is continually making improvements to the software system to maintain appropriate inventory levels. In regards to your concerns about training, Crescent offers many top-tier training opportunities like in-house trainings and vendor/supplier trainings. Additionally, Crescent is one of the only electrical distributors to host an annual national sales conference for all company sales employees to attend.
