Unsupportive management. You are being treated like a number Insufficient training I have experienced ongoing issues related to communication and management style that have made it challenging to perform my role effectively. Specifically, there have been instances of unclear expectations, last-minute changes in direction, and feedback delivered in a manner that feels discouraging rather than constructive. There have been several instances where instructions were either incomplete or not provided, which has led to confusion and delays in completing assignments. I will not recommend working for this company. Save yourself from stress a disrespect. Working for this company was the worst experience in my life.
