Remote work, flexibility, Benefits, other recruiters were friendly. Account managers were friendly, Lots of jobs to work on. Great place to work if you started pre-COVID.

Cons

Slow process - have to have all the cred docs before submitting so you lose out to other agencies that don't need to submit. Management kept changing KPIs, calls, subs and deals. Very difficult when you are just out of training and they want you to have 3 deals already. Not one person in our training class met that. Meetings were filled with goofy, non work related banter, and internal jokes about something someone did some 8 yrs ago.

This company is sucks I won't recommend this to any body recruiter are good in sugar coating...

Cons

They push my start date on Jan 1, I expadiate my medical and the long run they told me that they well perform a background check, in my country since I just came here 3 years ago, I've never this thing or they might be a make up story because when I run the website they send me no background check wasn't perfume its bull, I quiet my job cause of start date, they been offer and now Im jobless.
