Cross Insurance reviews

The work environment is toxic. Fellow employees that are not your superior are encouraged to review your work with the soul goal of finding errors. Errors are not reviewed with the actual employee but, a public staff meeting. It is humiliating and demoralizing. Your not part of a team. You walk on eggshells. Employees are encouraged to find deficiencies in people's work daily. Working under a microscope creates anxiety. Employees are asked to keep the work place as silent as possible. Bizarre high anxiety toxic atmosphere.

Poor benefits (401k match and PTO are minimal). Producers seem to be in charge. Raises not up to inflation percentage.
