This environment may be more suitable for individuals with low/mid-level experience or those transitioning from staffing agencies environments. Prior to accepting the position, I spoke with several former employees who had shared concerns that turned out to be accurate. While the company is not necessarily a bad place to work, it may not be ideal for those seeking a structured, professional environment with clear expectations.
