Pros

Encourages 3 weeks of vacation but will let you go if you take 5 weeks.

Cons

This company promises the world to new hires. Don’t believe it. It’s fake propaganda to increase headcount. Leadership has lost its way. Look elsewhere when joining a consulting firm. Its bottom barrel talent.

Good pay but not worth the money

Pros

Competitive starting salary Generally supportive of PTO The people you work with below senior leadership level are generally wonderful, talented individuals Great opportunity to experience and learn different industries Some leaders are trying to make positive change

Cons

Below average "raises" (cost of living adjustments) and bonuses. Promotions and opportunities are based largely on favoritism and tend to be given only to the straight white men. Diversity and inclusion are only buzzwords; you only belong in the culture if you’re straight, white, and from the east or west coast. There is obvious prejudice if you don’t meet that profile, and also obvious prejudice against anyone who raises these concerns. Do not believe any claims that leadership will ever choose you over a client; they do not care about you more than they care about their client's money. Hard workers are rewarded with more work and pressure but there are no consequences for underperformers.

Our goal is to provide a community where all employees feel equally valued, welcomed, and acknowledged for their hard work. The better experience we work to provide for our employees is the foundation with which we have built this company, and we fully recognize that we could not achieve this without each of our employees. Pros

Open and engaging Leadership Opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects Work life Balance It’s a fun environment with a lot of opportunities to socialize and interact with Colleagues

Cons

Some of the projects aren’t overly interesting and can feel more like Staff Aug than consulting projects Pay structure is not communicated to staff so salaries vary between people at the same level Company growing rapidly so with that comes constant change (Systems, processes, people etc.) No Paid Sick Leave (Except for the Temporary Covid Sick leave)
