      Truly value culture

      Pros

      Culture and morale permeate from the top! Challenging work and great client interactions. The benefit of working for a medium-sized firm is the openness to try new approaches and CCC definitely support this. Everyone is approachable and teams truly collaborative. Soon after I joined, I had an MBA assignment to interview a leader and email the founding partner on the off chance he'd be open to participating and he was super accommodating and provided great personal insights into his career journey. This could be said about all the leaders at the firm (in my experience)

      Cons

      Not much of a con - but the firm is still on the growth journey when it comes to innovation and tech enablement across the firm (but this is changing slowly)
