Lacking in Performance Management

Pros

Everyone in the firm is very friendly and easy to get along with. Most of the people I work with are approachable and easy to work with.

Cons

There is not much thought given Career Development here. I've been here for several years and there used to be a Staffing team that would work with you to place you on projects but that no longer happens and instead they put you on whatever project comes up that often times does not align with career goals and can go for years. Then you get penalized for this in the Performance Management cycle that you don't have the right experience to go the next level.
