Pros

The workers who do the actual delivery are great.

Cons

Leadership is highly disappointing and reeks of privilege. A bunch of white men regurgitating AI and utilization vomit.

Pros

- Pay was pretty good for entry level position - Most of the people you will work with will be friendly/helpful - Opportunities for promotions/they seem to promote internally a lot

Cons

- There is either a lack of work and then when you are assigned to a project, they don't assign enough people for the work that needs to be done - They don't necessarily give you roles that align with the position you were hired for - There isn't much direction on where the company is headed as a whole or your role within the company
