Pros

-compensation and benefits -atmosphere / work environment - great team (the people I work with are fantastic. I have really enjoyed working along side them) - location is amazing (it's in the brand new Lincoln South building in Bellevue) -management pushes you to do your best work and it really pays off. - management is very knowledgeable. I feel like I learn and grow almost every day which was something i lacked in my last role. -work life balance is great. they are so understanding when you need a break. I feel like I really have control of my time

Cons

- parking in Bellevue - sometimes there is a lack of structure but that comes with working for a smaller company.

Pros

I am on the sales team and there are so many opportunists to learn and grow here. The bonus structure is really great and so is the work/life balance. In addition you feel heard. Everyone's opinions are taken into account and listened to, it is a team effort here. the level of talent in this company is very high as well. I have greatly enjoyed my time here with the sales team and am looking forward to future growth.

Cons

There is a lot of untapped territory that we need to break into which causes some pressure. Paying for half of my parking

Pros

There is a real passion for taking great care of the customer and consultants. Great variety of clients and projects that allow me to grow my skills and work in a variety of industries. Setting up projects for success is a big priority.

Cons

Would like more local projects.
