Pros

-You'll learn a ton about how software is made and the tech investment space -Good balance of autonomy and support when needed -Clients genuinely love our services -Crosslake is best of breed in their space -Pup friendly office:):)

Cons

There is high a learning curve to a lot of what we sell...it takes time to really understand our services, how they are leveraged and how they add value to our clients.

Pros

By far the people, smart, curious and technology relevant. Crosslake has individuals that truly care about its employees, clients and their customers. With such a diverse portfolio, the collective knowledge the teams provide is world class and second to none.

Cons

There are no cons to working at Crosslake Technologies, except those you would expect of a passionate company that is growing at pace.

Owners are as Talented As those they Hire - Great place to work!

Pros

Zero favoritism; it's all about the job you do for the client. The owners are as talented and conscientious as everyone who works here and they do the work side by side with us, so they understand how things should be done and the challenges their people face. It's great for me having a boss that is BETTER at what they are asking me to do than I am myself, but who does not micro-manage (there is NO time for that). It strengthens me professionally and makes it easy to always do the best job possible for our clients.

Cons

Everyone is highly talented and very proficient (including the owners). This means top 10% or higher, so if you're used to being the best, you might just be average!
