Pros

Very flexible environment which allows for personal schedule, needs, or areas of interest. Highly respected in its industry, and never a slow day.

Cons

Still in start-up mode, and it could use some improvements to help handle volume of new projects. Sometimes travel notice comes through very quickly and that can be challenging to balance personal time.

Pros

the team atmosphere is fantastic. it has a real family feel. We want to be successful not only for ourselves but also for Crosslake because of how we are treated day to day (i'd say this stems from our CEO) I was personally looking for a company to build a career and I do feel like I found that here. I've been here for 1.5 years and plan on staying long term. There is a lot of room to grow. aside from the work we also do team bonding activities (skiing, escape room, happy hour) and volunteer as a team.

Cons

typical growing pains. we need to update some internal systems that were put in place for a smaller head count. this would make some processes more efficient.
