Coworkers are very helpful and friendly to work with. Crouse Hospital continues to have a strong focus on improving healthcare for the Central New York overall population. While working at Crouse, I was given many opportunities to grow my knowledge and abilities as a healthcare worker.

Cons

Like all hospitals, on occasion, limited staff.

Very supportive environment management is very approachable , supervisors make rounds and are open to being approached if needed.

Cons

Working weekends is needed in the hospital but can be difficult for people who have children, it's to bad there can't be a way to change it to working every third weekend..
