I have been working at Cruser & Mitchell for in excess of ten years. It is a very fast paced and busy office but they greatly appreciate hard work and dedication. They reward employees for the work they do and I feel they really do care about their employees. They make sure you have the equipment and programs necessary to make you and your job as efficient and successful as possible. All of the attorneys and management will take time to answer questions and help you in any way they can. It is absolutely a place where you can excel and grow.

I am an employee with Cruser & Mitchell for 3 years now and I have to say that, by far, this is the best employer I have ever worked for. They are a firm (family) that cares a great deal about not just their employees, but their employees’ families as well. Any issues are handled in a professional manner, always. I’m sure individuals have their opinion about how partners show favoritism, but it’s not favoritism in my eyes. It’s more like, “Hey, this particular individual’s is good,” and they recognize that. At Cruser & Mitchell, they motivate with the vision or intention of the employee moving up in the company. Cruser & Mitchell is a wonderful employer to work for and grow with. The firm is continuously evolving, growing, and that’s what makes Cruser & Mitchell different. I highly recommend this employer to any individual wanting the opportunity for growth and potential in the legal field. Cruser & Mitchell – they really do make a difference.
