Pros

- decent package - lots of smart people; helpful to learn from them, can build and advance both technical and soft skills - flexibility to wfh as much as you want

Cons

- pretty toxic environment; management really doesn’t care about your mental health or wellbeing though certain team heads are very good people managers - top down culture; management does whatever they want and you must comply (don’t challenge, don’t push back), priorities change overnight and you just have to adapt and make things work immediately - layoffs any day any time

Pros

- Flexible WFH arrangements - Not particular about timing

Cons

- Completely agree with all the cons listed down in the other reviews such as: -- Increasing focus on AI that feel more like buzz-driven decisions rather than well-executed strategy. -- Layoffs appear to be justified under the narrative of “AI transformation”, when such capabilities are not fully implemented. -- Cost-cutting measures take priority over employee stability and long-term team building. -- You'd feel undervalued, especially when performance does not appear to be a factor in layoff decisions. Also, very questionable handling of layoffs, where they outcast, restrict your access and you'd only know about it during the effective date of the termination, leaving you lost and uncertain, and they lack empathy. -- Unstable working culture and management obsessed with AI -- Follower culture ("Management says this and that") -- Top down with extreme micromanagement. Lots of politics and toxic culture.
