Pros

People who work here really care about the members. There was also a time when company morale and culture was great and the company really valued your efforts to improve your job performance. I have personally experienced a lot of professional growth during those times.

Cons

Not enough effort is being put into fixing their systems and it's evident with the dwindling number of users. Resources were being depleted by new development projects that are poorly scoped and never seem to get to a point of completion, while their users are either leaving or sucking it up because there's no other option in the market. I felt bad for the onboarding, sales and support team because they are having to pay lip service to the disgruntled members. Last I heard, they are laying off people left and right to keep the cost down. Hopefully it's not too late for the sake of the members.

Small company with big goals

Pros

employee friendly atmosphere, with a great kitchen, snacks provided by the company and weekly breakfast

Cons

There is a lot going on, many projects and blurred roles. The CEO is a great visionary but has trouble separating the future from the present.

Pros

This company is one of the best employee friendly places I have worked for. Between Monday breakfast every week and lunch catered every Thursday the pantry is always full. The benefits are good and the company is always looking for ways to add more. The people are a joy to work with and the place is small enough that you get to know everyone.

Cons

It is a startup and has the startup growing pains. No company is perfect but this one has a good heart.
