      Pros

      Decent hours with nice apartment. The responsibilities are varied & you don't have to be trapped in the office all the time. I enjoyed most of my tenants & it was a pleasure serving them.

      Cons

      Top down company with upper management having little to no experience actually running a storage facility. No advancement past GM position. Tend to over react to one bad manager and assume everyone is doing the same things

      Pros

      Awesome atmosphere, business casual dress everyday, open office setting, approachable upper management, bagel Fridays, semi-annual baggo tournaments, office activities, free wawa, starbucks, & petes coffee on every floor. office is 2 years old, nice interior. Good for an entry-level individual looking for an easy laid back job solely for experience.

      Cons

      Below average compensation & benefits package, minimal room for advancement, bias managers, horrible vacation package. No raises other than annual 2%. Extreme lack of company wide training. Incompetent employees are not fired when they should be. Managers will add tasks with no raise. Brown-nosers rise through the ranks faster than smarter harder workers.

      paid every 2 weeks, onsite apartment, customers were usually half-decent people to deal with

      upper management, "bonus" system is a joke, being expected to go anywhere they want with no real notice
