      Pros

      Easy work environment & great hours. On average your teammates will be a great group that will all chip in to help out.

      Cons

      Upper management is not helpful, but probably because they are overworked & underpaid like us in the trenches. Stop running the stores with a skeleton crew. Always having to leave the office unattended while we go show rooms, or do maintenance work in the building is bad. Customers hate it and yell at us non-stop because of this. But I guess corporate is trying to save as much $ as they can.

      Pros

      Unfortunately there are not many for those that work in the stores. The only one I can think of is that we don't have to work a night shift.

      Cons

      Cubesmart does not back up it's claim that they promote from within for those people working in the field. If you want to advance beyond the position of General Manager this is not the place to work.

      There really isn't any pros about working here, I guess the only pro would be you never really see your boss, so you have little supervision.

      Cons

      Where to start?! I have never worked for a company like CubeSmart, very unprofessional, very unorganized, the list goes on and on. The pay is very sorry, but yet they expect you to bust your back for your "district". Its funny to me that the company calls us a "team", well they must not know what a team is. They play favorites within the company, there is a lot of things that are done within the company that should have gotten people fired but yet they still have their job. Working here you really have to watch your back and just worry about yourself.
