      Pros

      There really isn't any pros about working here, I guess the only pro would be you never really see your boss, so you have little supervision.

      Cons

      Where to start?! I have never worked for a company like CubeSmart, very unprofessional, very unorganized, the list goes on and on. The pay is very sorry, but yet they expect you to bust your back for your "district". Its funny to me that the company calls us a "team", well they must not know what a team is. They play favorites within the company, there is a lot of things that are done within the company that should have gotten people fired but yet they still have their job. Working here you really have to watch your back and just worry about yourself.

      Pros

      CubeSmart has AWESOME people who work there and are dedicated to creating a WOW! experience for their Customers and each other! The WOW! culture has grown tremendously over the last few years and the CEO Chris Marr is on a quest to make the company more innovative, collaborative, and positive for all teammates. The reward programs are good and the family atmosphere makes going to work a great experience. The growth of the company is opening up a lot of doors for many teammates across the company.

      Cons

      It would be better if we had a PTO policy instead of vacation/sick time. Also, offering more days off would be beneficial and would stay competitive with other companies.
