The culture here is great, everyone is friendly and smiles, and it feels like all of my coworkers know what they're doing and are great at their jobs. They recently shared the results of an engagement survey and the company scored in the 70-80%'s on pretty much every category (which is really high for anyone who knows about them). My previous company scored in the 30-40%'s. I honestly look forward to coming to work every day.

Cons

I haven't been here too long yet, so I haven't noticed anything really bad. I have no problem making an update in the future if there's something I feel is worthy to share.

CubeSmart is investing time and money to improve the culture of the company to create a positive work environment for all teammates. The culture has dramatically improved in the last 18 months. The company consists of the most qualified and professional team in their industry, at all levels.

Cons

Management seems to treat new teammates better than the teammates that have been there making things happen through the good and the bad.
