This company offers business hours, weekends off, substantial PTO and holidays off, which is rare in the pharmacy field. Good benefits as well which is vital for me. I've been here for several years and can't imagine working anywhere else. My supervisor is awesome and communicates well and I can say the same of her supervisor and so on. The vice-president of the company always makes a point to come by and check on each employee regularly.

Cons

Only 2 cons I can think of is that not everyone is allowed to work from home or remotely even though my job involves no paperwork, I can do everything I do from a laptop and the Fuze app and yet I've never been allowed to work from home. The second is that your department is too small they will not level the department meaning there is no room for promotion within that department. You can however apply for other positions in other larger departments within the company once employed.
