Curant is a top leader in patient care and adherence to their medications to prevent re-admission rates to hospitals. We have helped increase the health of long term critically ill patients.

Cons

Recent change and additions of new supervisors have caused a lot of chaos to many departments mainly due to lack of training & management skills. Policies change in a moments notice, sometimes the same policy will be changed 3x in one week and nobody knows what's going on. The previous manager who ran our office perfectly is hard to be found. Long term employees are being disciplined for things they have done for years that management approved. No one seems to care about the employees anymore and that's a very sad sad thing
