A Great Place To Work!

Pros

Everyone is very friendly and understanding. A great place to work and be able to form the best relationships with the patients. This company appreciates you and rewards you when applicable. The best part, they're closed on weekends and is always feeding you!

Cons

A very fast growing company with new technological advances. The programs are always updating, but for the better so once you learn it, it's not too bad.

They make $$$ from pharmacy fulfillment

Cons

Management is not transparent. Only hires friends and past co-workers whole weeding out those not in his circle. Very low salary and very little PTO.

Pros

Curant Health has done a much better job in 2017 creating positive changes in the buildings. They provide great hours (Monday thru Friday; 8:30 to 5:30, provide mediocre training, and do not micro-manage you which is a plus. They provide a 1 hour lunch which is awesome. Management has changed over in the past year so things are working better. Senior management and directors are long time employees and seem super nice and engaging. They feed us well and do little things like pot lucks and baking competitions to make the place fun. Work is hard, but makes the day fly by.

Cons

Change occurs often. If you are not someone who copes well with change, this is not for you. Also, the attendance policies are limiting as they don't allow comp time. They can be flexible from time to time, but that's not consistent.
