      Thank you for sharing the positive experience with your manager. Curative was initially started with the goal of ending COVID-19. We have played a significant part in achieving that mission, but the job is not yet done. We continue our commitment to ending the pandemic through COVID-19 testing. In regards to post-pandemic plans, we have a unique opportunity to use our momentum to make a lasting impact in the healthcare space. We have a robust Research and Development team working with some of the latest technologies as well as a business team actively exploring our options.

      We appreciate you sharing your experience. Every member of the team is valued, and their contributions made towards eradicating COVID-19 are greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the pandemic is unpredictable, and we have had to react as new information is released and needs are defined. When reduced hours or layoffs are necessary, we have strived to make the transition as smooth as possible inclusive of extending additional compensation and benefits to those affected, when possible.

      The salary is what keeps you, some internal relationship you build allow for life long friendships.

      Cons

      The politics and structure of this company need the rug snatched from under them. Sometimes just listening to a woman in management is not terrible we are are smart and have great ideas to offer.
