Compensation is fine but this is an incredibly inexperienced management team that’s making things up as they go along.

Cons

Toxic/no culture, poor communication. No discussion around future goals or opportunities even for high performing employees.

Amazing Company to start right after college but VERY DISORGANIZED!

Pros

The Pay was excellent due to COVID funding However that ended and so did my career with the company. Unlimited PTO unless your boss is lazy and doesn't want to pick up your days. The CA team was very close and supportive.

Cons

very disorganized The schedule changed every day due to the boss being disorganized. The company does NOT respect personal life. Horrible work-life balance. Upper management made false promises to take corrective action among surveys from workers they managed (2021 employee evaluation).
