Pros

Excellent experience and mentoring to take on to future employers. Opportunities to publish and patent. After working here other jobs will feel like a vacation. The work is rewarding and meaningful. Newer facilities in Albany were a pleasure to work in.

Cons

Work a minimum of 50 hours per week. No concept of work/life balance, your life needs to revolve around your job. All negative reinforcement, no positive feedback. Burnout quickly, never feel appreciated no matter how much you give. Always made to feel like your job is on the line and you could lose it at any moment. Pay is TERRIBLE! The job is amazing but the culture of the company is intolerable.

Pros

Good for beginners or the ones looking for experience ,but it gets stagnant sooner or later

Cons

Workplace harassment Unbearable Toxic work environment where the better performers are made to leave the place, retaining the dumb ones No increments and career growth Basically the company wants to merely exist than appreciate and aim for growth and profits

Disorganized and low retention

Pros

Really flexible scheduling and hours

Cons

I was around for a little over a year and within that time saw almost every other employee leave. Some came and went. They really couldn’t keep anyone. Extreme lack of communication and disorganization. It’s really just a feeder company to get experience before going to a bigger company.

Thank you for your feedback. As an organization that has been built through many acquisitions over the years, there have been periods of greater turnover during those transitions. As a result, we have put a keen focus on this metric and the engagement and growth of our employees and we have made significant progress to stay below the national average for turnover in the pharmaceutical industry. We will continue to aim our efforts toward maintaining a lower than industry average attrition rate. Thank you, again, for your review.
