Pros

No pros to say . Stay away from this company in curia hyderabad gss if you are experienced person in IT. Lot of politics in GSS IT team. People in IT team are spying more than working who needs to work in CBI or FBI.

Cons

Its overall Bigboss house in IT with lot of different characters. If you join u need to be ready for boring lectures from director on the floor which is useless. You need to impress your manager other than work since here no one care about work. Finally awful practices and Titanic ship ready to shink.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. It is always our goal to try to balance our employees' needs and respond to feedback to better our employees' experiences, but we are sorry to hear this was not your reality. As an organization that has been built through many acquisitions over the years, there have been periods of greater turnover during those transitions. As a result, we have put a keen focus on this metric and the engagement and growth of our employees and we have made significant progress to stay below the national average for turnover in the pharmaceutical industry. We also understand that strong leaders are at the foundation of any successful organization and in an effort to rectify less than positive sentiments, we have taken a heightened focus on leadership development through seminars, focus groups, and training and we will continue to do so moving forward. Please know that if you would like to share more about your experience, you can reach out to our team at hr@curiaglobal.com.

Pros

Good for early career scientists to learn.

Cons

Somewhat obsessed with customer needs. You gotta care for your employees too. Not enough sick leave/vacation.
