      Pros

      Mostly great coworkers. Significant discount applied to what’s left of your medical bill after insurance pays. Cafeteria in gold beach. They’ve been randomly giving out bonuses which is so nice of them. Recently increased PTO accrual for newer employees to be more competitive with nearby/similar hospitals.

      Cons

      Raises aren’t based on reviews. The only way to significantly raise your pay is to switch positions and go to a new department (negotiate). A lot of departments are constantly short staffed.

      Location is about all I can think of.

      Terrible upper management that doesn’t listen at all to employees. Constant backstabbing and low morale.
