      Pros

      Strong focus on inclusivity and employee satisfaction. Able to get the right work done with autonomy. The CEO is involved and really cares about the team and the business.

      Cons

      Custom Ink is a Medium Sized company with some start up mentality, which is great. Sometimes the lack of mature process is surprising - lots of opportunity to improve the business.

      Great benefits and supportive team

      Cons

      Pay is really low for the work you are responsible for in Fundraising. If you want to qualify for your bonus you need to achieve a crazy amount of calls and emails to hit your quota. On top of all of the fundraising work you are responsible for. Job would have been perfect if I didn't NEED my bonus to make it through and there was less stress/ volume required.
