It used to be the best company until it went through massive layoffs. The environment became toxic as the small team left had an increasing workload with high stress. Working with all of the new offshore employees was difficult and upper leadership basically ignores the difficulties. It doesn’t seem like this company is moving in a good direction anymore.

Mass layoffs. Aimless senior leadership. Abrupt changes without proper preparation.
