      Good but not Great

      Pros

      -Great healthcare coverage and cheap copays/Rx -Company match for 401(k) that's vested after 3 years -Bonus structure that rewards productivity and accuracy -Casual attire with lots of snacks and free meals

      Cons

      -Low base pay with little to no room for negotiation -Mid-level management is unreliable, tend to care more about their social lives and take off in the middle of the workday but then micro-manage teammates when they are around -Favoritism and lack of opportunities for upward mobility -Dated technology and overworked tech and ops teams

      Great Environment, Obvious Heirarchy

      Pros

      The environment overall is wonderful and easily the best company I've worked for. I don't dread going to work. Pay is definitely based on how hard you work, and how few people above you that you irritate. So you can earn really good money if you work hard and don't cause waves. They feed you all the time with catering and free snacks. Insurance is wonderful and mostly covered by the company as long as you don't smoke.

      Cons

      Obvious hierarchy of favoritism in upper management. If you're not part of the favorites, you're unlikely to ever be. Group mentality is great for teamwork, but everyone is told to do better because of few individuals dragging the group down. Underperformers are given too many chances, and it drags down everyone else. Can become monotonous in many positions.
