Pros

-Great people to work with -Free food -Casual dress -Amazing health benefits -Awesome work space -A lot of give aways

Cons

-High school mentalities from management -Absolutely no opportunities for advancement, unless you're best friends with someone -Low pay for extreme responsibility -Going through huge growing pains and only focusing on the bottom dollar, instead of the people they're serving -Management is passive aggressive, trying to point out how they're helping you in a positive manner but really it's condescending and they're really just being controlling -This used to be a great place to work but since higher management has been hired, things have gone severely down hill -Every second of your day to day is micromanaged and timed, even if you're going to use the bathroom, get some water, or spending too long on one customer -Mandatory over time, no matter what your personal life looks like -Says they want employee feedback and that they'll adjust business practices according to feedback but really they only adjust their verbiage when explaining what the next few months hold, while all business practices stay the same or very similar -You're punished by having your pay cut for every simple mistake you make. Literally, it could just be a typo but your check gets cut -You're responsible for pointing out other people's mistakes and affecting their pay check -Many different departments, that you'll never see or have the chance to transfer to in order to learn new skills or grow in the company

Pros

-Free food - Health benefits - some good people - dress up days

Cons

-unrealistic expectations. Claim to have a balance, but actually want you to hit everything possible. - Very little upward momentum and very little opportunity to move any other direction than where you currently are. - Company boasts about a great workplace and opportunities, but once you work here you understand that is is all a sham. -very little personal growth. They want you to be their sales and service drone to make-up for faults and problems. -There are so many more that I can't even list

Pros

- Co-workers are generally quite kind. - Health/Dental benefits. - Casual work environment.

Cons

- The company spends an incredible amount of time promoting how "great" a place it is to work at, but the story they sell doesn't correspond with actually working there. - Employees are given ample days of paid leave, but are not allowed to use them most of the year due to "busy season." I lost many days of time off due to this policy. - Pay is well below living standards in most areas and employees are responsible for using the "MOD" system to report when a co-worker makes a mistake. These MODs decrease the co-workers paycheck. Employees are scolded by supervisors if they do not MOD their co-workers which creates a hostile work environment. - While the offices do have games and break rooms, individual productivity is tracked down to the minute, so employees lose pay if they chose to take a break and use the game room or attend any of the events that the company loves to advertise such as cornhole tournaments. - If you are a college educated 20 something creative type, you will be disappointed working for any of the art departments as the positions are very much production jobs (essentially working on a factory line screwing on toothpaste lids).
