Cool company w/ lots of benefits & bad managers

Pros

Cool, hip company to work for. Growing constantly. Great location. Free catered snacks everyday and lunch every Thursday. Depending upon your role, you will walk away with a lot of technical experience.

Cons

Managers are all extremely young and dont know how to be a professional, mature, or fair. Promotions are given to the favorites. If you work late shift (12-8:30) you will never get out of it.

Young Leadership team that is still learning the best way to lead. It's practically a call center. Lots of inter-department drama
