      Pros

      CustomInk is an amazing company dedicated to bringing people together and giving back to the community. They have an amazing live/work balance and amazing support structure of management. Team building and sense of company community are key notes along with upbeat and dedicated service attitude makes this a company well worth looking into.

      Cons

      If you've never worked in a call center before the sheer number of conversations going on around you can sometimes be distracting.

      - Very team minded - Wants to develop you in your role - Encourages ways for you to try other roles in company - Embraces change - Understands that growth takes time and comes by learning from mistakes - Surprisingly patient - Extraordinarily kind as a company - Wants work environment to be fun yet focused - Millennial friendly - Offers great in-depth training throughout the year to stay on trends and keep fresh on systems

      - Lower pay for customer service work and production work - Sometimes the fun is distracting to work - While Millennial friendly, sometimes feels like there isn't enough diversity age wise, we need older people too - Probably too lenient on personal leave time and unplanned personal leave time
