      Hard to believe it's the same company

      Pros

      The people were the best part. Great health benefits, work from home, and nice vacation time

      Cons

      Community Service team has disbanded. Full reorganization of large sections of the company twice in the last 2 years. Management is nice, but doesn't seem to have a plan. When the disconnect is called out the blame is that employees can't handle change. No more opportunities for growth or career advancement and yearly raises are small.

      The immediate team I worked with was awesome.

      Cons

      Ever increasing targets pushed out constantly. Does not adhere to the very core values they push upon their employees.
