Minimal micromanagement. Was able to plan my work day as needed to finish work. Had opportunities to move up and around company

Cons

Massive layoffs in 2022 and 2023 Felt way too big and corporate-y Tons of mismatched communication from top down Felt like company tried to grow too quickly and as to not cut pay higher up, cut jobs/people

* Company pays for your own Adobe Creative Suite account (including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop) * Access to LinkedIn Learning courses for development * Wonderful Art & Design team members who share methods to approaching complex production orders

Cons

* Hitting daily quota/order targets can be extremely challenging (some orders take a few minutes up to hours depending on adjustments needed to match customer expectations and production capabilities)
