It is busy! But it is job security!

Six years ago I was proud to work at this company, but so many things have changed over the years that have reversed my opinion. The management does not support you at all. Starting with the immediate leadership and working up to the top, there is a complete disconnect. Policies change constantly with no notice, and there is no room to grow or advance in your career. They tout an image of empathy and being open to feedback, but if you share any feedback you essentially get blacklisted or called "negative". It is a real shame. I think this will catch up to them eventually. This toxic environment cannot last.
