Pros

The office is pretty nice.

Cons

Custom Ink has implemented a sick complaint system where your coworkers complain if you do anything wrong (regardless of whether or not you are new to the job) and these complaints affect your bonus. This is pretty serious seeing as how your pay is abysmally low. I hope you have roommates because you will never be able to live on your own for this salary. If your coworkers don't like you, they will go out of their way to find something that you did wrong so they can issue a complaint and affect your payout. You will receive extremely condensed training, and then you are expected to be perfect. Much of what you'll encounter won't be covered in the training. You are required to be happy all the time or your attitude will be addressed by a manager. You will be glued to your computer/headset and monitored every second and logged into Five9. It will be very difficult to get time off (even for doctor's appointments), and your score (which again affects your bonus) will go down if you need to miss work without approval a month in advance. The phone will never stop ringing because they are understaffed, and every call will be from an angry customer. If you come across an issue that you feel should be handled by management--don't bother asking a manager for help. If you do ask a manager for help, your score will go down again and they still won't help you. The volume of work is completely unreasonable for the pay. I truly believe you would have a better work-life balance working at Target. I was reprimanded for logging in 1 minute late. All in all it was so stressful that I would not even work for them again for double the pay. I recommend that you just don't do it. I think you will regret it. I know I do.

Don’t question the long-timers

Pros

Good health insurance to employees

Cons

At the end of the day, don’t question the long timers. Doesn’t matter that they don’t solve the predictable problems or finish any task. They are untouchable despite their obvious shortcomings. Stay away if you have any desire to improve the company.
