Ever increasing targets pushed out constantly. Does not adhere to the very core values they push upon their employees.

They value their teams and very family oriented. Great place to work and learn a new skill set.

Cons

It was hard to switch positions inside the company it self with them already knowing what you bring to the table. You still have to interview for the job.

Unfortunately, the overtime and the facility closures were prompted by the same factors: consistent staffing challenges and tight labor markets caused by the pandemic.
