Pros

There was a time when this place had real positives. That version no longer exists.

Cons

Conditions continued to slide downhill with no sign of correction. Decisions made at the top consistently stripped away employee privileges and basic consideration. Work life balance disappeared as excessive demands were normalized and even praised. Burnout feft inevitable rather than preventable, making this a place to avoid for anyone who values personal well being.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons

Customers Bank is a very chaotic and messy workplace. The leadership here is disorganized and incompetent, and it doesn’t seem to have a clear and meaningful direction for the company and its employees. The worst part is that the leaders here are disconnected from reality, so they keep making terrible and problematic decisions.
