The pay and benefits were competitive enough to attract skilled professionals.

Cons

Managers prioritized appearances over addressing real issues, which was detrimental to the team's success. Employees were treated as easily replaceable, with little regard for their expertise or effort. Injustices within the department were ignored, leading to frustration and a lack of trust. The disconnect between decision-makers and analysts created unnecessary setbacks that could have been avoided with better communication.

Pros

Most of us stay for the benefits but eventually realize there's no chance for growth.

Cons

You'll get too tired and too old but you'll still be doing the same job in the same position only a lot more workload and a lot more stress!! It's awful negotiating with management and exhausting to deal with your manager! You'll get stuck without appreciation, without promotion and be horrible and miserable!!
