      Pros

      It is a super- community bank that helps individuals, professionals, families, and businesses. It was a new and refreshing experience for me.

      Cons

      The management was doing an awful job. They seemed unaware of how to do their jobs. Their poor leadership meant employees were stressed and overburdened. This led to an awfully high employee turnover and a toxic ambiance, as most employees were eager to leave. It was the worst ambiance I ever worked in.

      Working with such a knowledgeable team was beneficial for my growth.

      Cons

      Working as a credit analyst was meant to be a stepping stone rather than a dead end. I painstakingly examined loan applications for months, yet some upper management just approved dubious companies with connections by rubber stamping the applications. They put greased hands ahead of prudent financial management, and now I have to clean up the mess when these loans eventually fall behind. This is a surefire prescription for calamity rather than ethical banking.
