They have pretty good benefits.

Cons

Low pay for legacy employees. New people get higher rate Its not clear what direction the company is heading The company isn't doing well & the stock keeps going down Executives buck the system & go against policy and regulations to get things done fast Too many people leaving for other jobs

Casual Dress, Being able to work from home, Nice people

Cons

Working for this company is an exhausting demoralizing experience. Leadership is self serving, uncaring and deceitful, not to mention blatantly an "all in the family" affair. They label employees team members and tout "we are all in this together." The true definition and more correct meaning "Team" when used by the folks that run this company would be "a group of 2 or more animals used for heavy lifting or pulling." Someone who is part of a team here is used up and then put down and replaced without a second thought. If those on the outside, investors, business partners or potential staff knew what those on the inside know they would run, not walk away.

Pros

Wonderful staff. Pay is OK. Benefits are OK.

Cons

Overworked, overloaded, not enough people to adequate perform job. Very, very short staffed - causing insomnia and anxiety in several coworkers. High expectations of loyalty from upper management without reciprocity. Poor business decisions have and are putting the company in jeopardy. Concern about the future due to these decisions. The "door is always open" policy isn't - we know better than to ask questions or provide constructive input. Encouraged form work from home yet it is still frowned upon. Very confusing. Cost cutting measure are constant, yet the extravagance of upper management is blatant and embarrassing.
